I needed a partial renovation of a flat in Olomouc. I had a gap between tenancies and needed to reconfigure the bathroom and patch the suspended ceilings. IdealHaus had everything sorted within two days so the new tenant could move in straight away.

We usually prepare an indicative quote within 3–5 working days after the site visit. A detailed budget may take 1–2 weeks depending on the project scope.
It depends on the scope of works. Minor interior modifications usually do not require a permit. Structural changes or alterations to the facade do require one. We can advise on your specific situation.
We operate in Olomouc and the surrounding area within approximately one hour's drive — covering the Olomouc Region and neighbouring parts of the Zlín, Pardubice and South Moravian regions.
First, we conduct a site survey and prepare a demolition plan. We arrange the necessary permits, utility disconnections and safety measures. The demolition itself includes dismantling, material sorting and rubble removal.
Yes, we provide warranties on all construction and renovation work in accordance with applicable legislation. The warranty period depends on the type of work and is always specified in the contract.

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between IdealHaus s.r.o., registered at Přerovská 477/76, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, Company ID: 23544481, Managing Director: Filip Skácel, MBA (the "contractor") and customers using its construction services.
Contract formation: A works contract is formed upon written agreement signed by both parties. A non-binding enquiry submitted via the web form does not constitute a contractual relationship.
Scope of works: The scope, timeline and price of works are defined in the written works contract. Additional works require written consent from both parties.
Payment terms: Invoicing follows the schedule set out in the contract. Standard payment term is 14 days from invoice date.
Warranty: We provide a warranty period of minimum 24 months from project handover.
Complaints: Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@idealhaus.cz without undue delay upon discovery of a defect.
Data protection: The processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy available on this website.
