Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between IdealHaus s.r.o., registered at Přerovská 477/76, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, Company ID: 23544481, Managing Director: Filip Skácel, MBA (the "contractor") and customers using its construction services.

Contract formation: A works contract is formed upon written agreement signed by both parties. A non-binding enquiry submitted via the web form does not constitute a contractual relationship.

Scope of works: The scope, timeline and price of works are defined in the written works contract. Additional works require written consent from both parties.

Payment terms: Invoicing follows the schedule set out in the contract. Standard payment term is 14 days from invoice date.

Warranty: We provide a warranty period of minimum 24 months from project handover.

Complaints: Complaints must be submitted in writing to info@idealhaus.cz without undue delay upon discovery of a defect.

Data protection: The processing of personal data is governed by our separate Privacy Policy available on this website.

These Terms & Conditions are effective from 1 January 2025. We reserve the right to amend them. The current version is always available on this website.
